The project consists on evaluate and understand the different geological process in the formation 
of accretionary prisms to be applied to frontier exploration using subsurface data 


B) Characterizing fault facies from seismic data

Faults represent volumes of deformation that affect fluid flow on reservoirs. There is good understanding from outcrops and models, but not on how to characterize such volumes from seismic data 


C) Structural styles along transform margins: western Barents Sea case study

Transform margins are complex region where many different structural and stratigraphic complexities occur. With the use of subsurface data integrated with other type of data, the project aims to decipher the different geological processes involved in the evolution of this type of margins.
