With the tremendous amount of high-res imagery that became available, and
it's analysis , no primary coseismic surface rupture has been found along
the Enriquillo fault. Cracks (with a very small amount of total
left slip) are located along an eastward projection of a hinge line of
coastal uplift. This could be hanging wall deformation on a blind thrust.
I've attached a file put together by Rich Briggs and Tony Crone (USGS
Golden) showing the evidence for coastal uplift.

This is may be evolving into a Loma Prieta type of event.  InSAR (many
interpretations available) suggests there may have been an initial
strike-slip rupture at depth that triggered a blind thrust (who really
knows?). What we do know is that the expected surface offset on the
Enriquillo fault has not been found; the January 12th event does not
appear to
be the rupture that produces the Enriquillo surface geomorphology.  While
there are still many uncertainties there is a very real possibility that
the Enriquillo fault, sensu stricto, was not the source of the earthquake.
So, many questions at the moment.
