Call for Entries to the Basin Research Student Prize 2012
**********************************************************************

Basin Research journal is inviting applications for its 2012
Studentship Prize.

The award, founded in 2007, is designed to acknowledge and support
early career scientists in the field of sedimentary basin research.

Students attending and presenting at the American Geophysical Union
Fall Meeting (AGU) 2012 are invited to submit their presentations,
outlining the objectives of their PhD.

Applications are short listed by the Basin Research editorial board
and the winner is announced in November ahead of AGU. The winner
receives a cash prize towards travel and registration plus a
certificate and acknowledgement on the Basin Research journal web page
on Wiley Online Library.

To submit your application, please email:

breprize2012 en wiley.com

Include your CV, a copy of the abstract for AGU 2012 and an optional
short letter to say why you are applying.

Deadline for Applications: No later than 5th October 2012
