Shaping the Future of German-Argentinian Scientific Cooperation –
The Role of Curiosity-Driven Research�

from 25 to 27 October 2018 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

For this event of the Humboldt community in Argentina and Uruguay, the
Alexander von Humboldt Foundation is expecting about 200 participants from
leading universities and research institutions across the countries. The
conference will provide a forum for presentation and discussion of current
research activities and future initiatives on an interdisciplinary level.

The Colloquium is also designed to familiarize highly qualified Early
Career Researchers from Argentina and Uruguay with research opportunities
in Germany and the programmes of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation.
Please find attached the Call for Participation for these Early Career
Researchers who have received their PhD degree less than ten years ago. We
would kindly ask you to distribute this Call in your network and direct
advanced PhD students and PostDocs to this opportunity. Thank you very
