Dear colleagues, 

I am writing regarding a PhD offer that is related to the theme of 
SaltAges. 
Together with Daniel Garcia-Castellanos and Marta Coll, I am looking for 
a geoscientist or biologist/ecologist interested in conducting a PhD at 
the Institut de Ciències del Mar in Barcelona. The PhD topic is "The end 
of the Messinian salinity crisis and how to repopulate a marine basin", 
and I attach here a short description. 

I would be very grateful if you could forward this offer to any 
interested students.
