*DEADLINE EXTENSION!!*
Dear colleagues,

We would like to kindly inform you about the deadline extension for
submitting abstracts to be presented during the session *TS22. GEOETHICS IN
GEOMORPHOLOGY* jointly organized by IAPG (International Association for
Promoting Geoethics) and IAG (International Association of
geomorphologists). The new deadline is *February 23, 2025*.

This thematic session aims to bring together researchers, academics,
professionals, and students interested in exploring the intersection of
Geomorphology and Geoethics. It will discuss how scientific and technical
decisions in the study of geographic landscapes should be informed by
ethical principles that consider both environmental and social impacts.
Besides, the session seeks to raise awareness about the ethical
responsibility in geomorphological research and its application in
decision-making that affects ecosystems and communities.
Participants are invited to present oral communications and posters on
innovative research in this field.
