[Latinmag] Importante/Important: Latinmag 2019 no puede realizarse en las condiciones actuales/cannot be carried out

Estimados Colegas,
Lamento sinceramente el dificil momento que está atravezando vuestro 
país.  Espero puedan transitar esta crisis y resolverla en el corto 
plazo, sin violencia y que el diálogo pueda ser fructífero.
Estoy atenta para reprogramación. Quizás los deberes de gestión me 
permitan concurrir en el próximo llamado. Y por supuesto en el modo 
virtual estaría muy feliz de participar.
