[Latinmag] Importante/Important: Latinmag 2019 no puede realizarse en las condiciones actuales/cannot be carried out

Estimado Comité Organizador de Latinmag 2019

Ante todo agradecerles la amable atención y el esfuerzo por la organización
de Latinmag

Seguramente tendremos una oportunidad de encontrarnos en una nueva reunión

Hago votos para que el Pueblo de Chile pueda concebir una Convención
Constituyente para la creación de una nueva Constitución en donde
participen todos los estamentos y pueda ésta nueva carta Magna llevar a
nuestra hermana República de Chile a un futuro promisorio
