Dear all,

In response to several requests, and with the blessing of Ken's family,
we have created a memorial site where people can share their memories,
tributes and stories about Ken.  The memorial site can be found at:

Those of you who have already posted a tribute on the gpmag list or
elsewhere might like to paste this onto the memorial site so that it
might be shared more widely, and in particular to Ken's family.
