cross-posting. This is a kind reminder to invite you to consider 
submitting an abstract to the session:

*EMRP2.14 From historical geomagnetic reconstructions to geodynamo 
simulations: the present and future of the geomagnetic field modelling*

If you study the *geomagnetic field evolution for the last 
centuries***using historical and instrumental data for global or 
regional *geomagnetic field reconstructions* or you work in*data 
assimilation*, *geodynamo modellin**g* and*forecasting* to better 
understand phenomena such as *geomagnetic jerks*, the emergence and 
evolution of the *South Atlantic Anomaly*, *core-mantle coupling*, 
*stratification*, *double-diffusive convection* and *magnetic 
diffusion*, among other things: this is your session!!

Abstract submissions will be accepted *until TOMORROW, 12 January 2022 
at 13:00 CET*. This year the EGU General Assembly 2022 will be hold on 
3-8 April. At present EGU22 is still intended to be a hybrid meeting 
with an in-person element, however the development of the COVID-19 
situation is being closely monitored and alternative scenarios are being 
prepared to use if necessary. More info can be found here:
