[Latinmag] About the Rio's candidacy to host the 2023 Latinmag meeting

Dear Colleagues,

First of all, I would like to wish you all a Happy 2023, full of
accomplishments to everyone.

I would like to thank you for all the expressions regarding the submission
of the National Observatory's candidacy to host the next Latinmag meeting
in November 2023.

Furthermore, I would like to take this opportunity to ask the board of
directors of this association if: (i) has this candidacy been accepted; and
(ii) if so, would it be possible for Latinmag to issue a letter attesting
to this choice, so that I can proceed with the procedures in my institution
and with Brazilian research funding agencies.
