[Latinmag] Presentation Guidelines – LATINMAG 2025

Oral Presentations
All oral presentations must be accompanied by PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF
(.pdf) format files. The file should be sent at least one day before the
scheduled presentation. We recommend including the LATINMAG 2025 logo on
the cover slide.
If your presentation includes audio or video files, please ensure that all
media files are placed in the same folder, then submit the complete folder
in advance to avoid technical issues.

Poster Presentations
Posters must measure 90 cm wide × 120 cm high (portrait orientation) and
should prominently display the LATINMAG 2025 logo.
We suggest the following structure for your poster content:
• Title
• Authors (include affiliations and contact emails)
• Abstract
• Objectives
• Materials and Methods
• Results
• Conclusions (optional)
• References (optional)
• Acknowledgments (optional)
