reunión bianual de la Asociación Latinoamericana de Paleomagnetismo y
Geomagnetismo (LATINMAG), que tendrá lugar en la ciudad de Morelia, México, del
20 al 25 de octubre de 2025.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Actualmente, nos encontramos en búsqueda de
patrocinadores con la finalidad de evitar el cobro de la inscripción a la
reunión para investigadores y estudiantes. Confiamos también en contar con
algunos apoyos para el alojamiento de los estudiantes. Nuestra idea es hacer
una reunión en la que, en la medida de nuestras capacidades, cada participante
reciba un trato personal y amigable. Los únicos conceptos que tendrán costo
serán las excursiones al volcán Paricutín y al sitio arqueológico de
Tzintzuntzan.</span></p>

Paricutín serán parte de un ejercicio metodológico interlaboratorio donde
podrán realizar un muestreo paleomagnético en flujos de lava históricos
emitidos entre 1943 y 1947. Para esta actividad les proporcionaremos todo el
equipo necesario, como perforadoras y orientadores.</span></p>

realizar un pequeño taller práctico de muestreo arqueomagnético in situ.</span></p>

biannual meeting of the Latin American Association of Paleomagnetism and
Geomagnetism (LATINMAG), which will take place in Morelia, Mexico, from October
