Dear Colleagues,

Last call for abstracts for the session GC06
entitled "Global Change Influence on
Physical-Biological Interactions in Coastal
Settings " at AGU The Meeting of the Americas
2010 that will be held in Foz de Iguassu, Brazil
from 8th to 13th of August 2010.

AGU website: http://www.agu.org/meetings/ja10/

Please find the session description below:
Habitats on coastal settings such as wetlands and
beaches are examples of interaction among
geomorphologic, physical and biological
processes. Global climatic variability and
changes have a direct impact on coasts through
sea level rise, increasing storminess, changes in
water and sediment delivery, anthropogenic
influences. Due to these changes, interaction
processes are subject to modifications that must
be evaluated to provide tools for forecasting the
impacts, but also the resilience capability of
the coastal settings and their processes.
Abstracts dealing with interdisciplinary issues are most welcome

You are kindly invited to submit your abstracts via following link:
http://www.agu.org/meetings/ja10/program/abstract_submissions.php
The deadline to submit an abstract is 31 March
2010 - 23:59 Eastern Standard Time (EST) or 03:59+1 GMT.
