La Comisión de Vulcanoespeleología de la UIS publicará próximamente una nota de la FAdE ante la Comisión Argentina en la UNESCO....
El original escaneado en español será subido a la web pronto, apenas Pablo resuelva unos problemas técnicos.
La misma Comisión anunció que ya está "en viaje" una colección de fotos de tubos lávicos, concretamente del reciente Simposio de Vulcanoespeleología, que se hizo en fecha cercana a nuestro congreso

Quiero decir además que el presidente de la ULE Alfredo Cuevas al fin fue dado de alta en la terapia intermedia luego de su accidente, y esa noticia nos pone muy contentos.

We are writing to you regarding the recent meeting to discuss the endorsement Malargüe Argentine Committee of World Heritage Tentative List of the "Volcanic Fields and Payún Llancanelo Matru, Payunia district."
Regard, personally reaffirm what was said in the sense that this Federation, an NGO based in Malargüe but with partners, technicians and researchers across the country and abroad, supports the initiative and offered their cooperation, as we value Payunia an environmental asset not only on soil aspects, but also in the hypogea, which was highlighted at the Workshop CAVING PROVINCIAL PROGRAM (July 2010), whose documents we refer:

More information about the importance of this workshop can be seen in magazine ARGENTINA SUBTERRANEA, which can be seen on our official website. It is also close to see the light of a book about endangered species, edited by the Secretariat of Environment and Sustainable Development of the Nation - SADS, over which ads were the case in the same journal, No. 25, and which highlights the importance of caves Payunia as reservoirs hypogean endemic fauna.
We understand that you can extend and deepen the exploration, will be found new cavities Payunia basaltic (including the northern Neuquén Province and West of the Province of La Pampa where there is already recorded at least two of them in our land register ) and therefore also our spelkeobiological records that will increase the scientific value of the district, as well (as the central idea of ​​our project CAVING PROVINCIAL PROGRAM) expansion of caving.

We offer our status as official delegates of Argentina to the International Union of Speleology (www.uis-speleo.org), which is an advisory body of UNESCO and works within which a committee of Volcanic caves, which is an active member of the undersigned, to obtain specific advice on the matter. Also we provide our Argentinian Speleological Cadastre, more specifically the basaltic caves for Mendoza, Neuquen and La Pampa.
